The 3 1/2 hour, 26 mile round trip winds along the beautiful Toccoa River to view the vivid leaf colors of fall in vintage climate controlled or open air railcars. The train ride starts at the historic depot, built in 1905 in downtown Blue Ridge, then stops for a layover in the quaint sister towns of McCaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN where visitors have an hour and a half, plenty of time to eat lunch, shop for unique crafts and antiques, snack on ice cream or explore.

Experience the fall season at Burt's Farm in the secluded North Georgia Mountains where the only thing more beautiful than the fall foliage is the incredible display of orange pumpkins in all shades created by thousands of Burt's pumpkins. At Burts farm they have pumpkins that range from 150 lbs. to a modest 1 lb. They grow thousands of pumpkins, so the selection is vast and the quantity is never ending. Spend a warm fall afternoon in a huge pumpkin patch. Hay rides featured through the pumpkin patch.
